How the Pizza Oven Works
The pizza oven operates using a cast iron plate with ventilation holes, allowing heat from the fire below to rise evenly into the oven chamber.
The adjustable opening between the inner and outer layers of the double steel hood is controlled by a knob and follows the kamado principle. Increasing the gap between the layers enhances airflow, resulting in greater heat circulation and higher temperatures for efficient pizza cooking.
